My local REI club only meets once a quarter. Better than nothing.
In the meantime, where else can I go?
I would like to begin gathering a buyer’s list for wholesaling.
Thanks in advance.

I would see if you could create your own REI group on Facebook, and collect your own list of buyers using that tool along with Craigslist, opt-in email, a website, etc.
REI Clubs are great for getting new ideas and networking, but I agree with the post above.
Most of my buyers come from an online landing page, tied to advertisements on Craigslist, Social Media, billboards, bandit signs, business cards and flyers. Also call up wholesalers - you can exhange and cooperate with them (you might have a property and they have a buyer for it, and vice versa.)
Than word of mouth will do the rest
Real Estate Investment clubs are great places for networking. Look for additional real estate investment clubs in your area or in neighboring areas. Additionally you can participate in online communities that can provide you with a wealth of information and potential investors with whom you can do business. Also local real estate and mortgage lender events will provide a great opportunity for networking.
