Need Hard money lender for to purchase property in Florida

Loan Amt 290000 to purchase 132000 for repairs ARV 637500 excellent credit , problem need quick close 1 week does have collateral hoping someone can use collateral the property will sell for 510000 she has a private lender which she owes 135000 on the property but she is willing to use it or any of her other properties as collateral. I need someone who really can do this, I have no time to waste Thanks Guys. Any question please let me know.
