Needed: A Seller's Lender Form.

I am selling a house FHA, I have seen a checklist that my buyer’s lender can fill out, asking such questions as, the preapproval with conditions spelled out, FICO score, does buyer have any BK’s or Foreclosures, are they prequalified vs preapproved and detailed questions such as this.

Of course reason being so our house does not get tied up by a unqualified buyer for 30-45 days, whilst I continue to make the payments ;(

I thought i had one but cannot find it anywhere.

so if anyone has one i would much appreciate if you can share it with me.

Also, does anyone know much about the Nehemiah Program, the buyer wants to use it, and me pay like

It is a down payment assistance program, I filled out the paperwork before but deal did not go through to know more of the details. You might want to ask that part of the question in the financing section.

As far as the buyer, get an approval not pre-approval. If there is financial continguency, question it to see why it is there.
