I’m working with someone who has several properties they need to unload since there is no equity in the homes and the mortgages are killing them. They are current on the mortgage payments but need to unload the properties FAST. They are considering doing a short sell with the bank and would like to find some buyers/investors who are interested in getting some excellent deals if the bank approves the numbers. What is the best way to find these types of buyers?
