I have a house worth $1.26 million, in an exclusive part of Cleveland, Ohio. I want to refinance or sell. I must get back at least $1.05 million on the sell or refi. I’m a former NFL player with a credit score around $600. Presently I’m not playing and not working. I do have my NFL pention plan. This is a good deal for someone.
