does anyone out there know of private lenders who purchase homes for people and sell them back to them. i live in ohio want to purchase home live in small town any help i would appreciate go buckeyes
Can you not get financing of your own? Are you trying to do a lease option or a contract for deed?
Depending on your area, you may want to look for a HomeVestors or a similar type of a company that buys homes, renovates and sells.
Depending on the market by you, they may be willing to do seller financing… like 20%. So, you’d get a 80% 1st with a normal lender, and a 20% second from the seller for 100% financing.
This assuming that you don’t qualify on your own.
