HI MY NAME IS JAMES ,I RECENTLY STARTED MY OWN COMPANY WHICH IS CALLED “SECURED PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LLC”.
I HAVE INVESTORS INTERESTED IN WHAT I WANT TO DO WICH IS BUYING BRAND NEW HOUSES FOR 20-40 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR, DO A LITTLE TLC THEN SELL FOR 65-85 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR DEPENDING ON THE HOUSE. I HAVE A BUYERS LIST OF ABOUT 180 PEOPLE,I AM IN ONE OF THOSE SITUATIONS WHERE I KIND OF FEEL LOST, LIKE I DONT KNOW WHAT MY NEXT MOVE SHOULD BE,OR IF ITS EVEN AN GOOD ONE. NEED SOME ADVICE ,THANK YOU EVERY ONE FOR YOUR TIME.
Several questions come to mind immediately:
- Where are you finding brand new houses for 20-40 cents on the dollar?
- Are these houses actually new construction?
- Are they completely finished, or just roughed out and need interior finishing or what?
- If they are truly brand new construction AND finished, then they shouldn’t need any TLC.
Is this info correct?
