Hay guys I want to start mailing to homes that are in Preforeclosure process and looking for a good list, can anyone recommend a company that you have used that provides such a list and is worth the investment? I am in NY Thanks!

Are national lists like this reliable and current? Someone had told to get a local list from someone in the area, but have had no luck finding one.
foreclosure.com seems to be current. On the other hand, forecloses.com (with an S) didn’t deem to be correct.
Hotpads.com will show a map or a list for foreclosures in various stages, and its free. Zillow and cyberhomes you can search by zip. Herbster
