We have 2 pieces of undeveloped property. We have not done anything with either property for over 10 years and do not have any concrete plans. Any suggestions?

Well, is near anything and would anybody want to live there, hunt on it, relax on it, etc. I have a lot in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, a high-falutin’ (as they say here in Texas) resort but not near the golf courses and it doesn’t have a lakeview. Was recently approached by a developer and offered much less than I paid not including my holding costs of taxes and property owner association dues. Have had it for 10 years as well. You may have to be creative. There is lot of land around me leased for hunting for high $ and land being sold for as high as $1000/acre for same.
