Im looking for a lender that can lend for a strip mall I am interested in purchasing. The property is located in large city in texas.
Property is listed at 1.5million. Cap rate at 19% I am just starting out so it been hard to find a lender. The property is a good money machine.
If anyone has a good contact for this type of lender please let me know. Can be aHM Lender or traditional

Our max LTV is 80% but we allow for 3% seller concession and also allow for use of gift funds for the down pmt.
