Is it full doc or stated income? What does your credit look like?
I am trying to assist the builder in finding the resources to get the deal done and I think we can go either way with this. For purpose of speed, not really sure what would be best.
Do you feel you could assist? And what way do you think would be the quickest way to get handled? Heavy winter is setting in for Colorado so builder is looking the quickest close solution.
