Does anyone know of any HML (or any kind of lender) that will loan money in a county of 50,000. I’am approved from one HML now but they will only loan me money in counties of at least 125,000. I have two adjoining counties of 60,000 people or more that are only about 65 miles each way. I have ran into a couple of deals but had to let them go because of funding. Any help would be grateful…
