n I want to know what’s the best way to get these foreclosure properties in my area without having to use any of my own money down? How can I get a bank to approve me a loan to purchase my 1st deal when I already have bad credit and little money to begin with? I live in NYC and there have been a crazy surge in foreclosure properties any advice on how I can get started would be greatly appreciated. I NO longer have the fear of doing deals in Real Estate, I know the bottom line is you have to take action, and I’m finally doing that.
