Hello, I just came across with this site and don’t even know if my topic belongs here, but I really need help & suggestions… so here I go… ;D
I have been working on a timeshare closing/transfer company for the past few years and believe I have enough knowledge of how the process works to branch out and start one on my own. However, I don’t know if I need to receive any type of licenses (besides maybe an escrow one, which I don’t even know where to get ???). None of the agents here are licensed and I’m young and shy asking around here because I don’t want to give my plan away. Any suggestions or website referrences are appreciated

You may know more than anyone here about timeshares. Timeshares have had a bad rap in the past. How do you plan to overcome? Do not feel intimidated about being young. Look what Dell did at 23. Get in there and learn and word hard and do what you love to do.
Hello Tedjr, thanks for your reply & kind words
I do believe what you say about timeshare having bad rep; in most cases it is a scam, but the industry is only growing and I see good $$ potential, not as an investor but as an escrow agent to transfer titles. There will always be people silly enough who buy timeshares, and I want to be there to handle their transfer. I just don’t know how to get great credits on my own (licenses) other than my current job’s references and if they are even necessary.
I’ll keep my eyes open… internet has good sources, I just haven’t come up with one yet
Take care ;D
