Hello everyone. I am trying to build a spreadsheet that will help me determine my maintenance costs for a prospective purchase. Does anyone have something like this already? From experience, on average how often do things need to be repaired or replaced assuming a relative new house? (i.e. how long before retiling the roof, etc.)
Did you ever get an inspection if so use that it lists almost everything you could think of…if not e-mail me – I will send you a copy of one that I have!
