I have a seller that wants 22k for a property zestimated @ 41.1k What should i do so that i dont kill the deal??? :banghead
“Zestimates” is a toy to play with, not a professional tool.
I think you should wait and make sure you spend at least a month contemplating the deal, and then think very carefully about making an offer, but be sure to consult with at least three, or four, real estate agents to confirm this is actually a deal. And then once you’re convinced that no negotiating is necessary, and you’ve confirmed this is a deal, then I would make an offer that gives the seller about two or three months to make up his mind to accept his full asking price. Then be sure to give the seller a huge cash earnest/binder deposit just to make sure he knows you’re serious. :anon :banghead
Or…write up an offer!!! :shocked
The realtor told me the owner is extremely motivated and replied to just give a number…I dont have 3 months to sit on this one!
If it is such a great deal, why hasn’t someone else picked it up?
I was joking…! Come on~ :biggrin
