I need help on how to find a buyer/investor for my lot that I have contract. I would like to assign my contract. The lots are going for 85K - 90K and I have it under contract for 65K plus closing costs. I plan on putting it on the local newspaper. Any suggestions?
I’d advertise a beutiful 90k lot for 65k in the newspaper and you’ll get calls. Make sure you put the area and that it’s buildable and whether there are things like sewer and water to it. I’d only give you a 1-2k for that if I bought it.
