Any suggestions for someone with a credit score of 550 and no money to put down? I can’t go to relatives (broke) or businesses in the area (poor, untrustful area) so my only hope is private financing outside of my “world”, only I don’t know how to go about generating leads. Please help. All I need is financing for one good deal to get me started.
I am estimating I would need about 25-50K for my first deal (down payment and rehab). My family is in construction and electrical so we have a pretty good foundation. I am willing to offer the investor 20% of the profit plus their initial investment. Any ideas???
