I need some help understanding how to flip the contract after i am under contract with the seller?
Basically you need an assignment contract that indicates your fee and when it will be paid (up front is the best option for you). Take that assignment contract to the company handling the closing.
If your asking about how to find someone to buy your contract, that’s where you networking with investors come in. Local REI meetings, “I buy houses ads”, etc.
