I agree. Do a double closing and get the contract under agreement now. You don’t want the rehabber to contact the seller directly.
Thanks alot for the reply…Thats what I was affaid of…The rehabber wants to see the house and I dont know how to stop from them meeting eachother that could kill the deal…Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated…How do I get the owner to let him see the house without meeting him…
Get it under contract so they can’t leave you out of the deal.
Coordinate the times with the seller and rehabber.
