hi y’all. i have not been able to find a lender for a house i have found in oregon. i think it’s a good flipper house. has lots of potential. how can i find a lender for at least 70% or more of the retail value after fix?

Did you try the Hard Money Lenders link under Investor Resources to the left of this post. I saw a couple on there that listed nationwide
