Hello everyone, I am currently under contract to purchase 2 acres with 2 manufactured homes 2 shops for $150,000.00. What makes this deal so special is that the property has been rezoned to turn into 6 lots I allready have a deal with Palm Harbor homes to sell us 4 homes and 100% construction financing. I need $165,000.00 to purchase property and run utilities to the lots, beyond that I have 20 Qualified buyers for these sites but must get it done first. This deal should bring about $200,000-$300,000 profit within 6 months. Can anyone help?
