How do I find funding on a project in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area? The land is platted and I have the builders lined up. I also have the buyers too. All I need is the funds. My credit score is not the best and I do not have any collaterial at all. I was told some lenders can use the collaterial of the homes. The project is $50,000,000. This is for 65 homes. I have been working on this project for a long time now. I have to revamp it because alot of investors in areas who said they can assist me stole my information because they had the money. Need assistance very quick.
