need financing on rural acreage, Texas

purchasing house on acreage, Can get conventional on house and 5 acres, but because the acreage all together (20) is worth more than 40% of the entire value of the property I am having to split the note into house and 5 acres. NEED FINANCING ON REMAINING 15 ACRES. Anyone know who will lend on raw acreage? Total appraised value of prop is 160K, house and 5 acres app. for 120K, SP 149K. Need small loan for remaining ASAP!!!


There are lenders available with terms comparable to conventional that should be able to do 60/40.

I cant give you an idea yet on terms as there are many other key pieces of info needed before quoting rates.
