Need contact info

I am new here, and been reading about buying pre foreclosed props.
I have few questions, where do I get accurate contact info, like address and all that stuff.

Also, is there a place where I can get templete letters.

I don’t know what state you are in, but in Georgia Pre-Foreclosures are listed in the paper 3-4 weeks before the auction.

I believe the list it in some sort of legal paper for all states.

Don’t quote me on that!!!
