I have many sources in CA and NY for Hard money 2nds and 1st that go to 65%-70%-75% on residential, but in Colorado, I’m limited right now, I have 2 clients that I’m trying to help right now, specifically looking for Foreclosure Bailout 2nds. I can do foreclosure bailout 1st for them, but I think a 2nd will better help them. I can do this easy in CA and NY but need some good private investors in Colorado, any tips? I looked through the past logs but didn’t see any CO HML 2nds, your comments are appreciated. Specifics: CO SFR 70%CLTV Loan $50-60k
