need basic standard purchase agreement

hello all can someone email me a standard one page purchase agreement. the one i have is 8 pages long and i do not need all of that right now.

I get the feeling you asked this before, but here’s my input anyway.

  1. Go to the “Real Estate Forms” section on the left side of this site. Then you can order the ones you need.

  2. You can go on ebay and purchase the Carleton Sheets course toolkit. The software CD downloads on you computer and you can edit the forms and print them out. The software also keeps your properties organized. I just paid $15 for the CD. They have another one… Hurry!! Don’t delay!! Good luck.
