Good day REI crew. I’m currently on my way to perform my deal. Ironically, my computer is infected and my assignment of contract is stuck on there. I have to get the property off the market this Thursday. I just need a simple assignment of contract w/ basic 30 day escape clauses (I’ll check it). Thanks in advance.
