Need Advise. This one is unique!

I have a notice of default for a homeowner in my area.

I did a search and found out she bought 5 properties last year. She must be an investor herself.

Anyway, she is defaulting on one home (I’m going to contact the trustees tomorrow to see if she has defaulted on more). The bad thing is, her number is not published anywhere. I checked all the tax records, yellow pages, and all online sources.

The homeowners properties are all close to me. Would it be ethical for me to go to one of her other homes and ask the renters if they know their landlords phone number.

If so, how so I proceed?

forget the phone; go check the tax record and figure out where she lives and go the doorstep.

She lives close also. I will drive past her property today to see if she lives there.
