need advice purch in california

I would like to know if I make an offer w/ a 30 day close to a FSBO and they accept my offer , can I turn around and immediately assign the property or resell the property , if I can how does it work if my buyers close on the property before my 30 days is up with the seller , and is that considered a double close ? Is this legal ?

dont own. be safe and make a deal subject to the close date, plus one
