Need Advice on Marketing a Condo

I’m closing on my first condo soon and have to sell it - I can’t put a tenant in it, the association won’t let you do that.

I’m looking for advice from folks who’ve sold condos at retail about how to best market them and find mortgage-qualified buyers without using a realtor. There’s enough money in the deal to use a realtor if need be, but I’d prefer to keep that money myself!

Please be specific as to what’s worked well for you, what to do, etc.

I haven’t sold a condo myself, but how about a carrier route postcard delivery to that zipcode? Or a flyer drop.

Try marketing to the nearby apartment complexes… that should get some solid prospects/leads…
