I have so many deals that meet my criteria coming into my pipeline that I have maxed out my private investors. If I was to offer a fee or profit split to anyone who brings me private money investors, do you think that would work? Maybe 2 points or 20% split? Anyone have any advice? It would seem like a simple way for an investor to make some money, no risk, all they would have to do is refer investors or send out an investment opportunity.
