I have a property i may obtain at almost 40% below Market Value- a 3 family hud bldg which will make for a great RR.
My only direction to rehab and owning the property may be an investor/hardmoneylender to make the deal happen to get the property. i figure once it’s complete and hopefully rented within 3 months, i can refinance and pay off my debt to the private lender.
Is this doable? How? Any referrals?
