Anyway, my recommendation would be to get with your local real estate investment club.
they have title companies and real estate attorneys that know exactly how to close such
creative deals for you.
Remember that you want to deal with companies that are well referred on by people in the know. That’s where these Real Estate Investment clubs come in.
