Need a good title company in Austin, TX

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a title company or two in Austin.

We need one that can do fast closings.

And one that can do a cheap title search…say for $50.00 each?

Sorry for the typo. I meant to ask who is charging $50 for title search :-[. I don’t know what TA charges. If I know what you are looking for specifically, I may able to help.

Thanks for the response.

We are looking for a search for all liens on a property.

We would like to have preliminary title searches for $25-$50 fee. We might not close on all of them, but would certainly close on as many as possible. We would, of course, use the title company to close.
