Where can option to buy with a good escape clause?
I assume that I would negotiate a pirce with the seller get it under the option to buy then my buyer takes my place and gets it under a regular contract. Is this right?
An option doesn’t require an escape clause. By its very nature it has an escape clause built in. It is, after all, an option to purchase, not an obligation.

An option is a legal contracting binding only one side of the agreement – the seller.
