Hey all,
Does anyone know of a Internet Site that offers free Hud’s to fill out. I just got the SS package from the lender and this is one of the requirements. Pretty easy list as this is my first SS attempt. Hardship letter, HUD, copy of the contract, and pre-approval letter. I got the other three but no HUD. Any help or suggestions?

There has to be something free out there.
How about:

You might need Adobe Acrobat to be able to fill it in on-line…or you may need a typewriter…

I have something in Excel if you need it. I’ll need your email address if you want a copy. Someone on this site gave me a copy, but I don’t recall to whom to give proper credit.
Thanks Turbo but I have the excel sheet. Do you recommend calling a local title company and having them prepare the HUD? There are no liens or judgements on title as a lady I know that files lis pendens for the county ran a title search. I’ve never prepared a HUD before. The lender said a ballpark figure is what they want to see for the hud. What do you recommend?

Sure, having a title company/attorney on your team is vital. So yeah, go ahead and ask a title company to start preparing the HUD. In your case, you eventually will be the on to choose the title company anyway, so now you have something that the title company wants: your business.
What is your exit strategy? Is this something you are keeping or assigning or simul closing? I ask because, if you are simul closing, make sure you ask the title company whether they will do those or not. Some won’t.
By the way, all lenders will eventually want a HUD. Some will ask for it up front, and some may not ask until towards the end of the process. I usually prepare one right up front because I try to give the lender as complete of a file as possible.
If you still need help on the HUD, let me know.
This is going to be for my personal residence. The one problem I see is where the BPO is gonna come in. This home is nice. ARV is an easy 160K. Very minimal repairs needed. 150K is what is owed. I’m putting my offer in at 110K.
