We have a client that is having issues finding financing for an Investment Duplex.
Can anyone suggest a good lender with a program that would support:
Stated Income
Credit 740+
10% down
130k purchase
Investment property
Duplex
I am open to any and all input. We need to close as soon as possible.

How’ve you been. Post more details. My initial thoughts are that it’s possible. Lot’s of other questions need to be addressed. The parameters match up but info has to be matched up with the lender’s guidelines.
