Are any of you members to N.A.I.L? It looks to be worth the $99 annual fee, but I’d like to hear from you guys.
This group is based in Houston. I am in Houston and go to 3 different real estate investors club meetings. I attend one or another at least once a month. These guys have never presented at any meeting where I have been. I get my tenants screened using National Tenant Network.
If anyone from this company is listening, you might try to speak at the RICH club, the MMAP club, Complete Property, or Lifestyles. I would bet that most investors (that are actually doing something) in Houston go there from time to time.
Thanks Bluemoon. I need to check out the National Tenant Network. How long have you been using them? I’m in Charlotte, NC and just getting inot the rental market here. There are deals here, but things seem to be cooling as of late.
I have been in the business for 3 years and have been using them the whole time. I get criminal and rental history. I do a lot of owner finance so I get complete credit reports through them. I run my own employment checks.
