I did some research on 25 books that I found at B&N that I felt could help me in my start in real estate investing. Well last night I narrowed them down to my first book purchase. 209 FAST SPARE TIME WAYS TO BUILD ZERO CASH INTO 7 FIGURES A YEAR IN REAL ESTATE, by Tyler G. Hicks. It’s a great book so far and I am getting some great information from it but it seems to be geared to owned properties to be rented so as to create a good positive cash flow 6 months to a year down the road.
I found that what I want is fast turn over like flipping. He discusses that people who are truely wealthy, have a continue’d source of income like owning property that produces positive cash flow every month.
I just want enough money to do what I want it life. Nothing more, nothing less. The career that I’m going to school for is my dream. NO amount of money in the world could pull me away from it, not even the world itself on a silver platter holds a candle to the value of my dreams.
I want enough money to support myself and lifestyle while I attend school. Once school is out, real estate might fade of into the distance for me, maybe not. But it won’t be the primary source of income.
Does anyone know a good source where I can get some info on flipping properties like foreclosures, auctioned property, fixer uppers, etc., etc.,. Maybe a good couse, book(s), or a website geared to my interests.
