Can someone recommend a service where you buy lists of names and addresses per zip code?

Check to see if there is a Daily Legal News in your area. For years I paid 10 cents a lead sent to me via email the day an NOD was posted at the county.

Sorry, maybe I didn’t ask question well, I mean of entire neighborhoods- not those in preforeclosure. I would like a list of all addresses and names of everyone in the zip code. Does that make sense?

You can buy such lists on a disk at Office Depot or similar stores.
