N. Texas Realtor - Brand new bird dog wholesaler

I am a Realtor running a large team in N. Texas and come across a LOT of potential deals where the homeowners have no chance of selling retail due to payoff or condition and are open to short sales. Or also very common are people who just throw thier hands up and give up telling me “I’m just gonna let the bank take it”. What would be the best way for me to procceed, wanting to make some money on this typr thing? Thanks!

You could do the short sale yourself and sell the houses, or contact investors in town and see what they look for then refer them the deals that match their criteria for a referral fee ($250 to $1000)
