Just curious if there is anyone on this forum that is well versed in the new foreclosure law (SB-761) in Maryland. I know there are ways to work within the parameters of the law and still be sucessful with REI; wanted to know if anyone could share their expertise. But unfortunately you cannot market the way many people do on this forum in other states. Which is a big setback, IMHO. The law went into effect this past July.
