Not sure if I am missing the boat on something…Been negotiating with Saxon Mortgage on a SFR for our personal residence. Judgement was for 158.4K. Our last offer to Saxon was 125K. Opening bid today at Auction was 123.2K. I was the only one at the sale and did not bid on it as I was there for the experience and was quite shocked at the bid. We are pre-qualed for the purchase at 100% and didn’t want to throw down the 10% cash at auction…anyways…why would the bid be less than what we offered. I contacted the lawyer firm after the sale and they said they can’t do anything until Nov.6th for as to confirm no sales. Mmmmm…
