They are trying to move near me,Khov 4seasons Beaumont,Ca. any way we can get people bank qaulified to purchase? and the best way to stucture this deal so they can cash out and buy the new house for 325,000

There are three things that effect the sale of a home. These are price, condition and location.

If the home was completely remodeled in 2000, it is probable in need of a fresh custom paint job and potentially new carpet in neutral colors.

Staging and how the home shows is vitally important, ask a local home design company to consult with you and review the flo and layout of furniture and give ideas on de-cluttering and re-arranging.

You need to use a realtor, it is a huge advantage to letting other realtors with buyers know your parents home is for sale. Try offering a 7% listing fee with 4% to the buying agent as this should drive agents to show your home and traffic means potential contracts.

Dropping the price 5% below market should work. remember this is a market that hasn’t bottomed yet, so buyers expect the prices to fall further.
