Here is the situation to all you ethical real estate expert investors out there:
I have a friend whom I greatly respect, who recently inherited a home last year. He wants to sell the home, and has it listed with an agent.
All the homes in the area are worthy roughly 600k. There is a 100k mortgage on the property. If sold, he would have to split the profits with his sister, and brother. He has already reduced the price to 545k. The problem is this, the home next door and is comparable to his sold for 450k.
What and how should I offer to him, so I don’t piss him off and lose his friendship? I want a win-win situation here, but also want to make a profit. Suggestions? Thanks.
