I actually stumbled across this awhile back.

I developed a website that uses free classifieds for properties. To post members need to create an account. It is during that process that I have developed over 300 quality leads this summer.

This list contains names, emails, and a short bio.

Now does it make sense to sell this list?

Why not just start wholesaling your list some houses?
