I have an interested Buyer for my multi unit who wants to do a lease option on it. He is offering a price at the top of the market, which makes me cautious Does nayone have recommendations, contracts, advice. this is in PA???
The purchase price is actually of little interest UNLESS he choices to exercise the option and buy the place.
What are the terms of the lease as presented? That’s what will really make, or break, the deal.
As far as contracts, etc goes, if it gets that far, either have your attorney draft one that fits your needs or have your attorney review the one provided.
