Multi investor purchase of rental property who gets the writeoffs?

I am going to a sherriff sale on Tuesday and I plan on purchasing a property. Some friends of mine (married couple) want to get in on the deal. I have an LLC that I just started up about a month ago that holds no properties yet. How can I set this deal up? If I win the home at the auction do I put it right into the LLC name or my name or their name? What about depreciation and write offs who gets the tax advantages?

What does the LLC operating agreement say about this? That is the presiding authority.
