I was wondering if anyone else has had experience using a MTA loan on investment property besides me?

  1. What are the advantages you have found?

  2. What are the disadvatanges you have come accross?

  3. Is there a better financing vehicle to use to get a better cash flow?

  1. advantages are lower rates now, interest only and minimum payment options

  2. disadvantages , may have a prepay, rates will go up,

  3. I think the cofi, cosi and codi indexes look good nbow.
